I’ve been digging in the dirt since I was a kid, stealing my grandma’s heirloom tomato seeds and planting them in my mother’s flowerbeds. There’s nothing quite like the quiet satisfaction of watching something grow from just a speck—especially when it’s something you can eat, share, or admire.
